To find out if vehicle in your possession is enrolled on Myservicelog, you can enter VIN no or Registration number in search bar on www.myservicelog.com.au. In case if your vehicle is enrolled in system, Visit nearest authorized workshop to get it transferred to your account for rest of your ownership period. otherwise, you can always sign up at Myservicelog authorized workshops and service centers.

No, Myservicelog.com.au does not Ask or Store your sensitive information like Driving License Number, Date of birth or debit/credit card details. We only require your name, functional email address and phone number to enable your access for maintenance records securely.

Myservicelog.com.au will send you email notifications whenever your vehicle gets serviced or repaired at any authorized service centre. It will notify you that what type of work has been done on your vehicle who has done it and when its due for next service. This streamlined information will stay in your Myservicelog account for the rest of your ownership period. You can login in to your MyServiceLog account to view streamlined updates in detail.

Myservicelog is not a monthly or yearly subscription. There is only one time payment at the time of vehicle signup or transfer an existing vehicle in your account.

Service log for your sold vehicle will disappear from your account after new owner gets it transferred to their name. You will not have access to service records. But you will be able to Enroll or transfer your next vehicle into your Myservicelog account.

Myservicelog is not restricted to any servicing data update. If the owner of the vehicle is following manufacturer issued servicing schedule, he can continue to get his Myservicelog updated on the same schedule and dates which will eventually display scheduled servicing data. please refer to your dealer's terms and conditions in this regard.
