MyService Log Company Terms and Conditions User Agreement:

 

1 . Acceptance of Terms:

By accessing or using the Myservicelog platform provided by the Myservicelog Management System Pvt Ltd, the user/customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these Terms and Conditions. If the user/customer does not agree to these terms, they should refrain from sign up or using the platform.

2 . Use of the Platform:

The user/customer agrees to use the Myservicelog platform for the intended purposes, which may include accessing and using Maintenance records for convenience, availability, transparency in vehicle maintenance and odometer Milliage. The user/customer shall not use the platform for any illegal, unauthorized, or unethical activities.

3 . Accuracy of Information:

The user/customer is responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information when signing up for Myservicelog platform. This includes Name, Active Email Address, phone Number, vehicle identification and service history. The Myservicelog Management System Pvt Ltd shall not be held liable for any inaccuracies or consequences arising from incorrect information provided by the user/customer. Intentionally providing false information about ownership of the vehicle, identification of the vehicle, Service Records and Odometer Reading can result in legal implications and liability.

4 . Privacy and Data Protection:

The Myservicelog Management System Pvt Ltd is committed to safe guard the privacy and security of user/customer data. The user/customer acknowledges that the platform may collect and store personal information in service records as necessary for the proper functioning of the platform. The company will handle this information in accordance with applicable privacy laws and its Privacy Policy.

5 . Maintenance Data Release:

The user/customer acknowledges that the Myservicelog Management System Pvt Ltd may have the capability to release maintenance data and Odometer Readings related to the subject vehicle to third parties while vehicle is under ownership. However, Myservicelog Management System Pvt Ltd will strictly ensure that such data does not reveal any current ownership information of the vehicle. User/customer agrees to no objection on transfer of all maintenance records which were updated in his ownership to new owner of vehicle. User/customer understands that once maintenance records are transferred to new owner, As a Previous owner he/she will not have access to those service records unless paid and downloaded as 3rd party.

6 . Third-Party Access:

The release of maintenance data to third parties will be done in a manner that ensures the privacy and confidentiality of the user/customer's ownership information. The Myservicelog Management System Pvt Ltd will take Strict measures to anonymize or aggregate the data before sharing it with third parties excluding printed on existing evidence uploaded in new enrollment.

7 . Purpose of Data Release:

The Myservicelog Management System Pvt Ltd may share maintenance data with third parties for vehicle maintenance & odometer reading Verification, analytical, research, or statistical purposes, aimed at improving their services or contributing to industry insights. The user/customer's personal information and ownership details will not be disclosed in such data releases.

8 . Property Rights:

The Myservicelog platform, including its design, functions, features, and content, is the intellectual property of the Myservicelog Management System Pvt Ltd and is protected by copyright, trademarks, and other laws. The user/customer agrees not to reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the platform without prior written consent from the Myservicelog Management System Pvt Ltd.

 

9 . Payment Terms and conditions:

The user/customer agrees to the payment terms specified by the Myservicelog Management System Pvt Ltd. This includes the agreed-upon rates, payment methods, and any applicable terms and conditions regarding invoicing, payment deadlines, and additional charges. The user/customer shall make payment upfront for required Outcome/service

 

9a Payment Amount:

The user/customer agrees to pay the specified amount for the Myservicelog platform usage related to one Vehicle. The payment amount will be clearly communicated to the user/customer prior to making the payment. By Paying to Myservicelog.com.au, user agrees to following:

  1. New Vehicle Enrollment has onetime payment only. There is no monthly charge to customers for keeping an account with us.
  2. Transferring existing vehicle in Myservicelog to your account incurs a onetime charge.                                                                  Myservicelog Management system reserves the right to change payment terms and conditions.

 

9b Payment Method:

The Myservicelog Management System Pvt Ltd will specify acceptable payment methods for the one-time payment. The user/customer shall make the payment using one of the approved payment methods as communicated by the company.

9c No Refund Policy:

The Myservicelog Management System Pvt Ltd does not offer a refund policy for one-time payments. Once the payment is made, it is non-refundable unless explicitly determined otherwise by the company at its sole discretion.

9d Company's Decision:

Any exceptions to the refund policy will be made solely at the discretion of Myservicelog Management System Pvt Ltd. The company reserves the right to consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis, taking into account relevant factors and circumstances.

9e Payment Disputes:

If the user/customer believes there has been an error or discrepancy with the payment amount, they should contact Myservicelog Management System Pvt Ltd.’s customer support within a reasonable timeframe to resolve the issue. The company will make reasonable efforts to address and rectify payment disputes in a timely manner.

9f Non-Transferability:

The one-time payment made by the user/customer is non-transferable and cannot be applied to any other services or accounts.

 

10 Limitation of Liability:

The Myservicelog Management System Pvt Ltd shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or liabilities arising from the use or inability to use the Myservicelog platform, including but not limited to indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Although Myservicelog platform is designed to gather and provide accurate and real time information to bring convenience and transparency in vehicle maintenance history.   The company does not guarantee the pinpoint accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the information provided on the platform.

10a Third-Party Vendors and Services:

The Myservicelog platform may include links or integration with third-party vendors or services. The user/customer acknowledges that these third-party services are separate entities, and their use is subject to their respective terms and conditions and privacy policies. The Myservicelog Management System Pvt Ltd shall not be responsible for the actions, content, or availability of these third-party services.

 

11 Termination:

The Myservicelog Management System Pvt Ltd reserves the right to suspend or terminate the user/customer's access to the platform at any time with or without cause. The user/customer may also terminate their account by following the platform's designated process. 

 

12 Modification of Terms:

The Myservicelog Management System Pvt Ltd reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. The user/customer will be notified of any changes, and their continued use of the Myservicelogplatform after such modifications will constitute acceptance of the updated terms.

 

13 Governing Law and Jurisdiction:

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Myservicelog Management System Pvt Ltd is based. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.

 

14 Severability:

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.

 

Entire Agreement:

These Terms and Conditions, along with any other agreements or documents referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between the Myservicelog Management System Pvt Ltd and the user/customer. They supersede any prior discussions, negotiations, or understandings, whether written or oral, related to the subject matter covered herein.

 

By accessing or using the Myservicelog platform, the user/customer acknowledges their acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
